The goods are physical cloths and brushes, not a cleaning service or booking. No cleaning efficacy certification, antibacterial action or guaranteed scratch-free result is part of the offer.

Read the product specification

Each page defines one product’s material, exact dimensions, head or weave construction and supplied quantity. Different colors alone do not change function. A photograph illustrates the tool but does not add liquids, holders or accessories. Screen color can vary. Check the surface maker’s instructions, remove trapped grit and test a concealed area before general use. No ordinary household brush is suitable for every coating.

Ordering and agreement

Submitting checkout sends a request and returns a reference after receipt. We contact you to confirm the selected SKU, quantity, delivery and bank-transfer amount. The reference does not charge a bank account, prove stock reservation or establish dispatch. If an error or unavailable item affects the selection, we explain it before payment and you can cancel. A different weave or brush head is not substituted without agreement.

Prices and payment

All product and shipping prices are USD and include applicable sales tax. No additional tax is added at checkout. The total is the selected merchandise plus the stated delivery charge. We obtain your agreement before any correction is paid.

Bank transfer is due within 5 calendar days after written confirmation. Wait for verified private instructions and include the reference. Never enter card numbers or bank credentials into the order notes. Unpaid requests can be cancelled; contact us before dispatch to request cancellation of a paid order. Accepted pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded in full under Payment.

Delivery and returns

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC, not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or PO boxes. Standard shipping costs $8.95 per order and is free from a $150 merchandise subtotal. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after confirmed payment; transit takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days in total. Weekends and US federal holidays do not count.

Request an ordinary unused-goods return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The change-of-mind label costs $8.95; restocking is $0. Used or contaminated tools are excluded from discretionary returns, not from genuine defect rights. Confirmed defects and supply errors are handled at our expense. Rights and resolving issues

Use tools only within their described household purpose and avoid unsafe chemical or heat exposure. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or promises immunity from an actual defect. Contact us with the reference and desired remedy. Request further review if needed; the follow-up target is 5 business days. Colorado consumers may complain at https://coag.gov/file-complaint/ and US consumers at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/. Those channels do not imply approval of this merchant.
