This notice covers the storefront and related order support. Banks and carriers apply their own notices to their separate processing. This retail form is intended for adult purchasers. We do not sell order information or use it for targeted advertising.

What you provide

Checkout asks for name, email, phone, street address, city, state, ZIP, optional notes and agreement. A saved request also records its date, reference, product IDs, SKUs, supplied formats, quantities and server-calculated totals. A necessary session retains the cart, form draft, security token and duplicate-prevention key. Do not place medical information, card details, banking credentials or sensitive household access instructions in the notes.

Why information is used

These details allow us to identify your selection, confirm availability and payment, arrange delivery and respond to returns or duplicate submissions. A carrier may receive the contact and address data needed for delivery. Hosting providers may handle technical logs for security and infrastructure operation. This release has no optional analytics, advertising pixels or social-media embeds. Its local fonts and images do not require a third-party font request.

Retention and expiry

The session expires absolutely 12 hours after creation even if you keep browsing. Expired session files are cleared on later site requests. Saved requests are kept for up to 365 days and then removed on subsequent requests after expiry; we do not claim an hourly background cleanup. Correspondence required for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation may be retained for that specific purpose. Browser consent preferences last up to 180 days and can be cleared earlier.

Protection and requests

Order records are held outside the public document root with restrictive permissions. Necessary session cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; HTTPS uses Secure. No system can promise absolute security. Email us to request access, correction or deletion and identify the relevant reference. We may verify your identity without asking for bank passwords. Our target response is 30 calendar days; applicable legal exceptions may limit deletion and will be explained.
