Scope

A & U Cleaning LLC offers physical microfiber cloths and household cleaning brushes through this shop. Support covers published specifications, choosing among constructions and handling orders. This checkout does not book a cleaner, inspection, appointment or cleaning contract. No disinfection, sterilization, antibacterial performance or universally scratch-free use is promised. A tool must be appropriate to the surface and its maker’s care instructions.

Selection questions

Tell us the SKU and the intended household surface. Compare smooth or textured weave, pile and the exact cloth dimensions. For a brush, measure the opening and depth and consider head width and stiffness. We can explain listed construction but cannot infer a coating’s compatibility from a description alone. Test a concealed area with light pressure and stop if a surface reacts. Do not send chemicals or contaminated tools for informal testing.

Receiving a request

A successful reference appears only after the website receives the order. We then contact you about availability, address, payment and any questions. Our response target is 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. This is a service target, not a guaranteed fulfilment date. If no reply arrives, quote the existing reference rather than creating another request.

Changes or cancellation

Send the exact SKU, quantity and desired correction. Unpaid requests can be cancelled. Contact us before dispatch if a paid order needs cancellation; accepted cancellations follow Payment. A brush with a different head or a cloth with a different weave is not silently substituted. We explain changes in price or timing and obtain agreement first. After dispatch, Returns governs eligible returns.

Aftercare and escalation

Keep packaging if something is missing or damaged. Describe what arrived, whether it has been used, and the remedy you seek. Confirmed defects and supply errors use a free return label; ordinary eligible returns use the disclosed $8.95 label. If an answer leaves the issue unresolved, request further review with a timeline and reference; our follow-up target is 5 business days. Consumers may also contact the Colorado Attorney General at https://coag.gov/file-complaint/ or the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ without implying either body approves this business.
