Shipping Policy

Area, price and timing

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC, not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or PO boxes. Standard shipping costs $8.95 per order and is free from a $150 merchandise subtotal. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after confirmed payment; transit takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days in total. Weekends and US federal holidays do not count.

All product and shipping prices are USD and include applicable sales tax. No additional tax is added at checkout. The total is the selected merchandise plus the stated delivery charge. We obtain your agreement before any correction is paid.

The starting point

Checkout records your chosen tools and delivery details. We contact you to confirm availability, the address and the bank-transfer amount before payment. Preparation starts after that agreed payment is received, not when a form is submitted. If an item cannot be supplied, we explain the options before accepting funds; you may cancel rather than accept another weave or head shape.

Packing and delivery

Cloths are packed dry and brushes are protected so their heads are not unnecessarily compressed. Listings supply one tool each unless stated otherwise. Bottles, detergents, holders and scene accessories are not included. We normally send an order together. A proposed split shipment or altered timetable is discussed first; you will not be silently charged for an additional parcel.

Changes and a late parcel

Check the apartment, street number and ZIP carefully. Send corrections with the order reference as soon as possible. Once a parcel is dispatched, a route change may not be feasible. If the order is still missing after the 7-business-day total window, contact us so we can investigate its dispatch and destination. Do not submit a second paid order to resolve a delay. We discuss replacement or refund when the investigation establishes the appropriate remedy.

Damage or shortages

Retain the packaging and describe the SKU, quantity and damage. Reporting within 7 calendar days helps us investigate promptly but does not waive applicable rights. Photographs are useful where practical; do not continue using a damaged brush or wash a cloth merely to demonstrate the issue. Confirmed transit damage and wrong goods are handled at our expense under Returns.
