Eligibility and inspection

Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The cloth or brush must be unused, clean and complete. Opening the package to examine weave, pile or head shape is reasonable inspection. Cleaning a surface, laundering a cloth or using a brush in a sink is use, not inspection. Keep packaging where possible; packaging alone does not determine whether a genuine defect is covered.

How to send it back

Email your reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We issue authorization and a prepaid postal or courier label. Post the securely packed item within 14 calendar days after authorization to 2351 Windrow Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80525, US. Retain posting evidence. We accept arranged postal and courier returns, not unannounced walk-in drop-offs or collection appointments. Tell us before sending if you cannot use the offered label.

Costs and partial orders

A change-of-mind return label costs $8.95, deducted from the refund. Restocking costs $0. Original outward standard shipping is not refunded on an ordinary discretionary return. An order that originally qualified for free delivery does not acquire a retrospective outward charge because some products are returned. A partial return is valued at the actual paid item amount.

Wrong supply and defects

Tell us about the incorrect item or physical fault, and avoid further use while we assess it. For a confirmed defect or supply error, we cover the return label and agree a replacement or refund. If the entire order was wrong or defective, original standard shipping is included in the refund. A failure to report within an informal prompt-reporting target does not cancel statutory rights.

Refund and exceptions

We communicate inspection results within 3 business days of receipt and initiate an agreed refund within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds use bank transfer to the verified original payer, not compulsory store credit. Used or contaminated cleaning tools are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons, without excluding defect rights. No personalized tools are offered. Sale items follow the same rules; a defect explicitly disclosed before purchase is not a newly undisclosed fault. Contact us if a refusal needs further review.
