01 / Water, dust or finish
Waffle recesses collect water during a drying pass. Plush pile gives loose dust room to collect. Smooth suede and flat weave offer less bulk for finishing. Raised ribs are a more structured wet-wiping face. Separate wet work from a final clean pass; a saturated cloth cannot keep collecting water indefinitely.
02 / Head access
A narrow angled grout brush follows a joint. A round dish head suits an open surface. The cylindrical bottle head needs an opening that accepts its full 2-inch diameter. The wide hand brush covers robust washable areas; the slim flexible head enters a narrow gap without levering against trim.
03 / Surface compatibility
Check the surface maker’s instructions. Firm or stiff bristles are not appropriate to every finish. Start with a concealed test and light pressure. Remove grit, rinse frequently and stop if marking occurs. None of these tools is a disinfectant or a universally scratch-free solution.
04 / Care between tasks
Wash cloths separately before first use at 40°C / 104°F, without fabric softener or bleach; air dry or tumble low. Rinse brushes with mild detergent, shake out water and leave bristles exposed to dry. Do not boil or dishwasher-clean them. Keep kitchen, bathroom and dusty-area tools separate.
FAQ / How many are supplied?
Each listing supplies one cloth or one brush. Cart quantities multiply those individual units. Detergent, holders and bottles are not included.
FAQ / Is the brush flexible?
The crevice brush has a flexible neck. Other heads use their stated construction and should not be bent to force access. Measure the narrowest opening before ordering.
FAQ / What if I choose the wrong tool?
Compare dimensions first. An unused tool can be requested for return within 30 days under Returns; used or contaminated items do not qualify for discretionary change-of-mind return. Genuine defects follow separate rights.
